All infrared cameras require regular calibration and testing. IPI’s Calibration and Repair workshop is fully equipped with a calibration and black body simulator room so that we can calibrate and test units in-house. If you’re a professional thermograher and cannot wait 2 or 3 months while equipment is sent overseas for testing and calibration you will be relieved to know IPI Infrared can perform most standard calibrations and tests in-house in just a couple of days.
Similarly, IPI Infrared maintains a fully equipped in-house workshop providing superior after sales support, servicing and repairs. Our workshop technicians are fully trained by the factories and are equipped to deal with day to day repairs on main wear and tear components of your camera, providing far superior turn around times than companies who rely solely of factoring servicing and support.
